Cleaning - Calibration - Conservation

c for Cleaning:

The retractable fitting securely moves the sensor into the service position, even under pressure.
The cCare system cleans and rinses the sensor in the fitting's calibration chamber at customizable intervals.
Utilizes patented 360° cyclone rinsing for thorough cleaning.
Cleaning and rinsing fluids can include water, chemicals to prevent deposits, or other solvents.

c for Calibration:

Following cleaning, the sensor undergoes calibration at user-defined intervals.
One- or two-point calibration is performed by pumping buffer solutions into the calibration chamber.
The transmitter compares measured values with buffer solution pH values and adjusts deviations accordingly.

c for Conservation:

Regular cleaning and calibration enhance measured value quality and extend pH sensor lifespan.
In environments with aggressive or abrasive media and high temperatures, cCare can conduct short-time measurements.
During short-time measurements, the sensor remains temporarily immersed in the process medium while cleaned in sensor-friendly electrolyte in the calibration chamber.

Media Container with Metering Pumps
Description: Wear-free, innovative pump technology and extremely low media consumption. Pneumatic positive displacement pump without piston, no vibrating diaphragms, or squeezed hoses. Pump modules are automatically recognized by the system. Buffer or cleaning solution containers (3.5 l) can be used as active, self-sufficient assemblies with an integrated pump and can be replaced as required. Simple refilling of the buffer or cleaning solution, without removal of the pump, through an integrated funnel.
Service Switch
Description: Central Safety Switch: Allows for immediate retraction of the sensor into the fitting for enhanced safety. Warning Signal Function: Alerts operators or automated systems when the sensor is retracted, ensuring awareness.
