The NT & BNO series turbine flow meters are renowned for their high accuracy and reliability, boasting a legacy of over 40 years with thousands of units sold across various industries. These turbine flow meters have a stellar reputation for durability, endorsed by many leading flowmeter companies in the UK and internationally, who confidently rebrand these meters, underscoring the high regard for their quality.

Designed to cater to a broad spectrum of applications, the range has been continuously refined to provide a cost-effective solution for general-purpose liquid flow measurement. Additionally, versions for dry gas applications are available. In-house production ensures stringent quality control and rapid availability, with popular sizes maintained in stock for short delivery times.

The flow meters, available in a wide variety of body sizes, feature an electrical pulse output directly proportional to the flow rate, facilitating remote flow indication with alarms, totalizing, and batch control functions via a comprehensive range of secondary electronic instruments. Various pulse converters are offered, enabling outputs such as 4-20mA, 0-10V, and Modbus/HART protocol.

Two main variants are provided: the NT industrial type and the BNO series, the latter being a dedicated hygienic version suitable for pharmaceutical, food, and related industries.

• Can be installed vertically or horizontally, with compliance to recommended installation requirements (10x diameter of straight pipe before and 5x diameter after the flowmeter). Bi-directional models are available to monitor flow in both directions.

Variety of Sizes and Connections:

• Offered in sizes from 3/8” to 6”, with numerous end connections including BSPP male thread, ANSI or DIN flanged, NPT, Ermeto, JIC, wafer design, and high-pressure couplings such as Weco 206 and 1502 hammer unions. The BNO series supports hygienic couplings like Tri-clamp and DIN 11851.

Low Pressure Drop:

• Engineered to ensure minimal pressure drop, typically around 200-500 mbar, based on size and liquid type.
